Help us reproduce the problem

For a tool issue, include the tool name, browser, operating system and the steps that led to the error. Describe the expected result and any visible error message. Start with the built-in sample if you can. Do not send customer CSV files, private artwork or photographs unless they are necessary and you have permission to share them.

Purchase or licence help

Include your purchase date and Stripe receipt reference. Never email a full card number, API key or your licence key. After verifying ownership, support can replace a lost key; the old key will stop working. We do not automatically email keys after checkout.

For a refund, read the seven-day policy. To cancel Shop or update a payment method, use Billing and cancellation on your account page. If you cannot sign in, contact support rather than purchasing again to recover an existing licence.

Moopky provides digital tools, not printing or shipping services. We cannot diagnose every printer remotely, but the printing guides explain useful starting checks.
